  • Collateral free Automatic Loans of Rs 3 lakh crore for businesses,
  • Equity addition through MSMEs Fund to Funds of Rs 50,000 crore,
  • Limiting Employees Provident Fund contribution for businesses and workers for up to three months,
  • Extending the due dates of all, IT returns for the financial year 2019-20 up to 30 Nov, 2020,
  • Partial Credit Guarantee Scheme 2.0 of Rs 45000 crore

  • Free food grains to every migrant for up to 2 months,
  • Accessible Rental Housing Complexes for migrants and poor,
  • Special Credit Facility to street vendors of Rs 5000 crore,
  • Complimentary Emergency Working Capital Funding for farmers from NABARD of Rs 30,000 crore,

To relieve the Indian Airspace

The Atmanirbhar package will assist the state governments as their borrowings have increased from 3 to 5% for 2020-21. This will allow the state to spend on resources costing around Rs. 5 lakh crore. However, the borrowing will be up to fields like One Nation, One Ration Card, Electricity Distribution, etc.

Expansion in private participation in space-related works

India to provide a right field for private sector companies of aeronautics and space in satellites, launches, and space-based services. They will be authorized to use ISRO facilities and other relevant assets to improve their capability.
